I have known Rodney McCart for many years. He is a man of integrity. So when I was ready to build my home, I knew who I was going to choose. At the time, I had not met Patrick Allen, who was in charge and supervised the whole build. I did know when I met him for the first that he was very likable, and my soul was at peace.
I could not have had a more pleasurable building experience. From start to finish, Patrick was there helping me make decisions. He orchestrated the timing of everything like a fine symphony, thinking ahead and anticipating future needs to even purchase materials early to avoid me having to pay more when he knew those materials were going to increase in price. Patrick has in-depth knowledge and wisdom of the entire building process. He is transparent, always available, and honestly one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. His subcontractors respect him and will bend over backward to make sure he and the owner are satisfied with their work. Patrick takes pride in his work, something uncommonly found these days, and his greatest achievement is his desire to make sure his client is totally satisfied and that he made the process not only painless but actually a joy.
Then there is Stephanie, who will guide you and help you make decisions about your finishes. She will help you decide about paint colors, tile, flooring, and countertops. She is a wealth of information, talented, and has a keen eye for good taste and design. I never regretted going with Stephanie's advice.
My house is amazing. Everyone who sees it for the first time goes on and on about how beautiful it is. I am so proud of my house and home. I think God every day for this amazing blessing and for Alcovy Builders.

I am happy to write this letter of recommendation for Alcovy Builders, Inc. They recently completed the construction of our 28 x 28 Garage ADU which consists of a two-story garage/shop with a fully finished 784 square foot 1 bedroom apartment on the second level.
We are very satisfied with the quality of work, professionalism and overall experience.
At the outset they provided a detailed budget and offered cost effective recommendations without changing the design of the project. Patrick Allen demonstrated a clear understanding of the project, attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Throughout the construction process he maintained open communication, regularly updated us on progress, and was always responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Any changes we requested were quickly priced and incorporated into the scope of work. We received monthly draw requests which included copies of all subcontractor invoices and material receipt.
We did not experience any delays or issues with the schedule. We got our Certificate of Occupancy several week earlier than we expected.
It is clear that Alcovy Builders, Inc. takes pride in their work and they hold their subcontractors to the highest standards. Everyone who worked on our garage was respectful and professional. The jobsite was kept clean and free of debris.
The project was completed on time and within budget.
